Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
- We offer free shipping for all orders over a certain amount. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied.
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Orders will be shipped via a reputable shipping carrier (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once the order has shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
